Hey, I’m Adithi <ಅದಿತಿ>.

I'm a UX Designer at Sun World International, the sole designer behind the company's design system and the internal tools its teams, agronomists and researchers rely on. I work in complex, data-heavy domains and make them feel simple, considerate and human.

I think in systems and ship 0 → 1 features that turn messy, overlapping work into scalable artifacts. What I do best is help teams be more ambitious together: to imagine new solutions, ship better products, and have fun doing it.

A value I keep coming back to is that good design should never make you feel stupid. I learned that from my grandparents, watching them struggle with technology never built for them. That made me determined to build products designed to be used by all humans alike.

Outside of work, I solve jigsaw puzzles, teach art at a Children's Hospital, practice yoga, paint, and seek out new cuisines, tunes and experiences.

I design by listening and observing across domains, noticing the small experiences most people walk past. Whatever I put into the world, I hope it draws you closer to yourself, to nature, and to the quiet glimmers of everyday life.
